Alsa's Epoxy Primer is a two-component, non-isocyanate primer with superior corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion to metal applications. Epoxy Primer is currently available in gray. It is intended for use as a metal treatment or a sealer. Alsa's Epoxy Primer can be applied over cleaned aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or over appropriately sanded blasted carbon steel, sanded fiberglass, and sanded OEM e-coat primers. How to apply Epoxy Primer
STEP 1. - Prepare and prime the surface as you would any normal paint job.
STEP 2. - Mix required amount of Epoxy Primer with Epoxy Primer Activator at a ratio of (4:1).
STEP 3. - Apply 2 wet coats to ensure uniform coverage.
STEP 4. - Let flash off before applying your final clear or taping off graphics.
STEP 5. - Topcoat with a poly-urethane clearcoat as you would with any other paint job. |
