This will show you how to unpack and setup your new ChromeFX™
Application Machine.
Using the ChromeFX™ Machine to apply the ChromeFX™

Kit Machine Inventory:
If you ordered a ChromeFX™ Kit, you should have
received a combined shipment of product and a large box
(approximately 3’x3’x 5’) containing
the ChromeFX™ Machine. If you only ordered a machine,
you will have received only the box.
In the box, you will find everything you need to set up
the ChromeFX™ Machine. If a part from the inventory
below is missing, check and see if it was shipped separately.

Machine Connections:
All products needed for the intermediate coat are carried
in the pressure canisters. The only outside connection
is for an airline that is attached to the side of the
front panel. Hoses used for internal connections are color
coded as follows:

Machine Assembly:
You will need a large (15’x15’) area with
a 90 lb air pressure supply for assembly and testing.
Most connections are tightened only finger tight.
- Unpack the machine and make sure the pressure canisters
are properly seated in the frame.
- Untangle all hoses and lay out straight. Do not cut
ties unless told.
- Attached to the machine will be 3 sets of hoses that
go to guns.
- Activator Gun Hoses -One Green Activator line
and one Black Air hose
- Distilled Water Gun Hoses One Clear Distilled
Water hose and One Black Air hose.
- 4A/5B 2 component Gun Hoses One Blue 4A
hose, one Yellow 5B hose and one Black Air hose.
- Check and make sure that each colored hose is firmly
attached to the correct canister.
- Check and make sure that air hoses are firmly attached
to the air connections.
- Each canister should have a black air hose attached
to an air connection on the machine.
-Make sure these connections are tight.
- Assemble the Activator Gun using one of the single
component guns as follows:
- Trim the Black hose so it is 3” shorter
than the Green colored hose.
- Insert Black Air hose in base of gun and tighten
connection.
- Insert Green colored hose in front connection
and tighten.
- Assemble the Distilled Water Gun using the last single
component guns as follows:
- Trim the Black hose so it is 3” shorter
than the clear hose.
- Insert Black Air hose in base of gun and tighten
connection.
- Insert Clear hose in front connection and tighten.
- Assemble the 4A/5B Gun using the 2 component gun
as follows:
- Trim the Blue and Yellow hoses to the same length.
- Trim the Black hose so it is 3” shorter
than the colored hoses.
- Insert Black Air hose in base of gun and tighten
connection.
- Insert the colored hoses in the 2 front connections
and tighten.
- Assemble the Air Gun as follows:
- Trim the ends off of the long Black air hose.
- Insert one end in the Air Gun and tighten.
- Insert the remaining end into the empty connector
on the back of the front panel.
- Attach air hose to external connector to do system
pressure check.
- Do not over pressurize system. Adjust gauges as follows:
- Set front panel pressures as follows:
-Left Side:
-Middle: "2B37" 30 psi
-Right Side: "ARIA" 50 psi
- Set other gauges as follows:
-4A tank 30 psi
-5B tank 30 psi.
-Air 50 psi
- Hand tighten any leaking fittings.
- Turn off air supply and relieve system pressure.
- System is now ready to be loaded with product.
