Contest Details / How to Play |

To enter the ALSA
CORPORATION Design Contest, you must register at our
Enter
to Win page and remain a member in good standing
throughout the duration of the sweepstakes. In order for a
contestant to participate, the contestant must fill out our
entry form, and
subscribe
to our monthly mailer. As a member you agree to receive
messages in the form of e-mails and or newsletters from ALSA
CORPORATION.
All contestants are required to submit at least 2-3 pictures
showcasing the use of any ALSA Products.
Each Submission Must Include The Following:
*2 to 3 picture entries showcasing the use of any ALSA
PRODUCTS.
* Minimum of 2 sentences or phrase telling us about your
entry.
* What ALSA Product was used.
* The better picture entries the better chance of winning on
Monthly and Grand Finals |

The sweepstakes
are open to anyone regardless of residence who is of legal
age, except where prohibited by law. The appropriate
authorities in the state or country in which you reside
determine legal age.
(generally, the
minimum age is 18 ). |

| General Conditions |

No purchase is
necessary. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to
be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges.
All judge's decisions shall be final and binding in all
respects. Taxes, shipping, and duties, if any, are the sole
responsibility of the prize winner. Winners of prizes will
have 21 days from the date of attempted notification to send
a reply confirmation, and must include a photo of their
identification documents for verification to redeem their
prize. Any notified winner that fails to respond within 21
days of attempted notification forfeits their claim to the
prize. In the case of a forfeited prize, another winner will
be chosen, and the same reply conditions apply. Contestants
agree to the use of their name and/or likeness on the
winner's page for advertising and publicity purposes,
without additional compensation in the sweepstakes, unless
prohibited by law. By submitting your entry you agree that
any pictures or information you submit it may be used by
ALSA CORPORATION.
All Federal, State, Provincial, Territorial and Local laws
and regulations apply. ALSA CORPORATION is not responsible
for lost, late or misdirected online/offline entries. ALSA
CORPORATION takes no reposibility for incorrect, inaccurate
or incomplete entry information, whether caused by a
contestant, equipment, technical malfunction or for any
technical errors, malfunctions or clerical errors. ALSA
CORPORATION reserves the right to halt their participation
in the contest at any time due to situations beyond its
control, such as strikes, acts of God, etc., or for any
other reason. ALSA CORPORATION reserves the right to modify
these rules for clarification purposes without materially
affecting the terms and conditions of the contest. ALSA
CORPORATION is not responsible for typographical or other
errors in the offer or administration of these sweepstakes,
including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the
Official Design Contest Rules, the selection and
announcement of the winner, or the distribution of the
prizes.
If a winner's primary residence is outside the U.S., ALSA
CORPORATION reserves the right, (at its sole discretion to
the extent permitted under the laws of the winner's country)
to award the cash equivalent of the prize, if applicable.
The method of the cash award to be at the sole discretion of
ALSA CORPORATION. ALSA CORPORATION reserves the right to
deposit any cash award in a bank or other financial account
in the United States for the benefit of the winner, who
agrees to cooperate to establish said account, as may be
deemed necessary. ALSA CORPORATION may transfer funds into a
US branch of said winners foreign bank upon which time the
funds will then be transferred to the winners personal
account. In the event that funds are deposited in the before
mentioned manner, all fees related to transfer will be
deducted from the prize funds. Winner shall bear full
responsibility for securing and collecting the prize from
the established account. In the event a winner resides in a
jurisdiction outside the U.S. that forbids the award of a
cash prize, the winner will not receive a prize.
ALSA CORPORATION reserves the right to cancel a member's
participation in a sweepstakes at any time for misuse of our
site, providing incorrect information, or for any reason
without obligation or prior notice. By entering,
participants release and hold harmless ALSA CORPORATION
affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from
any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any
kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or
any prize won. |

All drawings are
done on the last day of the contest time at 12:00 Noon (US)
Pacific Standard/daylight savings time. ALSA CORPORATION
may, from time-to-time, initiate additional Contests or end
any existing Contests. |

Prize winners will
be selected by a panel of judges selected by ALSA
CORPORATION selecting from all eligible entries received
prior to the deadline. The selection will be conducted under
the supervision of our judges, whose decisions are final.
Winners will be notified via our monthly newlsletter. |

Prizes may be
awarded in the form of the actual product, a cash
equivalent, or in the form of a gift certificate. If, in the
form of a gift certificate, the certificate may be redeemed
for the prize won, or for any product of equal or lesser
value offered by the merchant. Any unused portion of the
gift certificate is subject to the policies of the ALSA
CORPORATION. Shipping costs, if any, shall be the sole
responsibility of the prize winner. |

If for any reason
the Internet portion of the program is not capable of
running as planned, including infection caused by computer
viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud,
technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control
of ALSA CORPORATION, which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this contest, ALSA CORPORATION reserves the
right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel,
terminate, modify, or suspend the contest. In such event,
ALSA CORPORATION further reserves the right to award the
prizes using all eligible entries received as of the
termination date. ALSA CORPORATION assumes no responsibility
for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect,
delay in operation or transmission, communications line
failure of any e-mail or entry to be received in account of
technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or
at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any
injury or damage to participants or any other persons
computer related to, or resulting from, participation or
downloading any materials in this contest. Entrants may play
multiple times, or as multiple e-mail addresses, under
multiple identities. Any attempt by a contestant to
deliberately damage our Web site or undermine the legitimate
operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil
laws. Should such an attempt be made, ALSA CORPORATION
reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant
to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a
dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by
the authorized account holder of the e-mail address
submitted at time of entry. Authorized account holder is
defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail
address by an Internet Access provider, online service
provider, or other organization that is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with
the submitted e-mail address. |
