The
Alsa Corporation Introduces Mystic, An Affordable
(Color Shifting) Paint
Vernon, California - August 9, 2004 –
The Alsa Corporation has introduced Mystic, an affordable
alternative to the high priced market place of color changing
or chameleon paints. Mystic is a color shifting paint that
has an extremely metallic type of look, and is available
in four distinct colors: Violet Dreams, Tropical Passion,
Mystic Autumn, and Burning Ice.
The Alsa Corporation recommends that Mystic be applied over
a black basecoat for the most dramatic effects, however
it can also be applied over any other basecoat colors to
a achieve a softer (more pearlescent) yet still intense
color change.
Mixed
with an extremely high pigment concentration, Mystic can
be reduced anywhere from a 1:1 to 1:3 ratio and still
achieve a dramatic color-change effect. In order to introduce
an affordable alternative to the high priced chameleon
paint marketplace, The Alsa Corporation is introducing
Mystic for $249 a gallon or roughly 1/10th the marketplace
average for chameleon paints.
