Transfer printing - Product is dipped in solution.  Water pressure forces the print ink onto the product surface. Washing - The solution is washed off with water Drying - Parts are oven dried. Topcoating - Printed part can be coated with a high performance clear finish for protection and added durability.       This technology is the revolution on the surface decorations--3D printing (water transfer printing). The  technology makes it possible to print many kinds of natural effects on the surface of the product made by (any materials), ex walnut wood, marble,  node, geometrical pattern..... This technology is designed to resolve the printing technological problems often occurring on the conventional printing, hot printing, transfer printing, screen printing and the surface coating, and the dead corners of the products to show its extra values. The special process is to put the high molecule film, being  printed with colorful grain, flat on the water surface of the equipped  tank, then by the principle of water pressure, our machine evenly covers  the colorful grain onto the surface of the product. After being cleaned  and dried, then covered with a transparent coating, the surface is well decorated.
